Mixed kolinsky sable and synthetic brushes // Round, Size variety // by White Nights
White Nights brushes made of natural kolinsky and Japanese synthetics of new generation combine the best properties of natural pile (water retention) and synthetic fiber (elasticity and wear resistance), the pile is elastic and soft at the same time.
Designed specifically for watercolor painting, but they are also suitable for gouache, tempera, acrylic and oil paints.
On-trend brushes: the pile is securely fastened in a film cage with no metal wire (an improved version of French fastening), tied and glued. Perfect proportion of kolinsky and synthetic pile. Kolinsky in the composition of the brush provides the ideal pickup and recoil of paint, long retention of water and paint, and synthetics helps to maintain the sharpness of the tip when writing (holds the shape). Due to the increased depth of the hair bundle, more moisture is retained than in brushes with standard barrels.
The sharp tip of the brush allows you to write out the most complex and delicate shapes.
The functional beveled tip of the handle can be used to create additional effects in work (e.g. in sgraffito techniques), for separating sheets in glue-down albums, and for removing masking fluid.
Round brushes are versatile, used for detailed work, creating a wide range of shapes and effects.
