From the paper removed lignin (woodpulp paper), so the paper does not age, does not yellow and retains the drawing for many years.
Provides uniform watercolor fill, absorbs water, weakly deformed, resistant to washout.
Does not eat pigment, leaving vibrant colors unchanged.
