Monet 100% cotton watercolour paper is a classic cotton paper with the inherent properties of cotton. It allows you to work in the wet-on-wet technique, the sheet stays moist and allows you to build up the tone gradually. The density of 300 g/sq.m allows the paper to hold water and level out after drying.
The paper produces gradient and colour stretching well.
The paper is glued on 4 sides of the sheet, which allows you to work on the paper as a tablet and after drying the paper is better levelled.
Recommendations for working with the gluing paper: draw directly on the block, and after the drawing is completely dry, carefully cut the sheet with a clean stationery knife, hooking it in the place where there is no gluing (near the centre of the board).
